Uriel Cruz is an interdisciplinary artist from Dallas, Texas. They graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in May 2022 with a BFA in Animation and a minor in Film and Video. While studying at MICA, they worked as a clean up assistant using TVPaint for Christina Fidler's thesis film "Condolences from a Vulgar Tongue (or Boner)" and Rebecca Luo's film "Butterscotch." Along with film and animation, Uriel has a deep love for music. They have scored their own thesis film "You Should See Other People" as well as Toffee Matech's thesis film "Milo Breaks Up (with his Girlfriend)" using FL Studio.
